The much anticipated 3rd release (Civilian) of Baltimore duo Wye Oak is just around the bend, and today I caught wind of 3rd track on the album, Holy Holy. Holy Holy is right, this track is awesome. I’ve now heard two tracks on this album, both of which are some powerful music. This album is shaping up to be something we’ll be talking about come end of year, though it remains to be seen.

Yeah, this track is really awesome. There is a MAJOR 90’s influence in these songs, kind of love that it’s coming back.

I suggest you check out the whole album, Holy Holy is a great track, but I think the title track Civilian is even better.
