My good friends from the powerpop world, Readymade Breakup are bringing their talents to Boston tonight to open up for Dinosaur Feathers. They have also released an a capella (esque) version of their track Erased to release to you off of their most recent album. Back in October, they released their Self Titled sophomore album; I had done a few preview posts on these guys, and have yet to put together a formal album review, but based on the two albums I’ve got of theirs, and the multiple times I’ve seen them play live, they come highly recommended from me.
Readymade plays a flavor of powerpop / rock that is instantly catchy, hooky sometimes playful and always fun. If you are planning on going out and are looking for something well worth your money and time, I highly suggest hearing these guys play. Get their early and enjoy
Readymade Breakup will be opening tonight at TT the Bears Place in Cambridge. Doors at 8, tickets are $8.
