Air Traffic Controller – Blame
Tonight at Brighton Music Hall, Boston based 6 piece, Air Traffic Controller, will release their new album Nordo. The band is led by Dave Munro who spent time in the Navy as an actual Air Traffic Controller, and wrote the album to cope with homesickness and a long distance relationship. At the time, Munro sent home 4 track demos and came home to fans that prompted the creation of the band.
The band took to Kickstarter to fund the creation of Nordo, and received the support they needed to make a brilliant indie pop record. Check out lead single, “Blame,” a song that the band pulled in a 40 person orchestra for the recording.
