[E]ngland has become the epicenter of soul music as of late and has largely been dominated by outstanding female vocalists. Ladies and gentlemen of the Music Savage world I present to you the the latest outstanding female vocalist on the Brit-soul scene, Alice Russell.
Ms Russell has been working hard to be the next sultry British voice to invade our shores, since the beginning of the last decade as a matter of fact, and it seems as though all the work is beginning to pay off. Her new album To Dust will be out this coming February and she has just released the first single single, “Heartbreaker,” with an accompanying video starring the one and only Harry Shearer…starring as the one and only Alice Russell.
