New Music | Hollis Brown – Nightfall
by Kyle Mitchell, the editor and founder of Music Savage, lover of music, hater of remixes.
New York City’s Hollis Brown’s new record is just around the corner, and a few days back they released this track “Nightfall,” off of it, and I must say I’ve been digging this song, and the album quite a bit. The song, “Nightfall,” has got a late 60′s rock vibe, and is a poignant story about Hollis Brown’s Mike Montali relationship with his father after the passing of his mother. It’s about perseverance and seemingly the fragility of the world and keeping it all together despite everything.
