[L]inus Lutti’s latest video is for the remarkable opening track “Islands,” from the newly released Little Children EP In Hau. The footage was shot at Stockholm’s The Strand with the audio recorded live during the filming. Yes that is correct, what you are hearing is exactly what Lutti and his band sound like when performing live on stage.
Sadly, the very popular Strand was shut down late last year but the video production company was able to get in one last recording at the music club. Lutti’s haunting voice lingering throughout the now empty hall seems like a perfect ending for the historic venue.
