Tennessee’s Josiah & The Bonnevilles are about to announce the release of their debut EP, Cold Blood on Vagrant Records. The EP which was co-produced and mixed by Dave Way (Fiona Apple, Paul McCartney, Macy Gray) and today we’re featuring the eponymous single, “Cold Blood,” an earnest, heartbreaking introspective story told through the eyes of someone who has deep regret, and sorrow for what they’ve become. The sparse instrumentation & simple guitar plucking add to the atmosphere of a song that is full of brooding and self-analysis. It feels like an intimate, view into something we shouldn’t be seeing.
Cold Blood will be released everywhere this Friday via Vagrant Records/BMG.
