Boston based multi-instrumentalist, producer, and songwriter Barrie Lindsay creates her music under the name Grammar and has been honing her craft since the age of 15. Now 26, the musician has just started releasing songs to the world and we couldn’t be more pleased to have such a talented artist representing our city.
The new single we have for you fine folks is the wonderful, “Americana,” which is four minutes of blissful synth-driven sound perfectly layered over Lindsay’s captivating vocals. The song premiered over at Stereogum last week so it is already pretty obvious that the music blogosphere has begun to take notice.
“Americana” will be included in Grammar’s debut EP and she will be releasing more songs throughout 2016. I think big things are ahead for Grammar and I for one am really looking forward to hearing more. Add this track to your summer playlist!
