The latest WFMO X Music Savage Show “Song of the Week” spotlight shines down on the UK once again and this time focuses on the brilliant new single, “You Got It Good,” from Guildford-based musician Annabel Allum. The talented singer songwriter emerged on the UK music scene in 2016 and carved a name for herself the following year with her excellent EP, “All That For What,”
In the last few years Allum has been called out as one to watch, with praise for her music coming from the big guns like BBC Radio 1 and NME. She recently played a live session at the historic Maida Vale studios in London, performed at the Reading festival, and took SXSW by storm this year in Austin, Texas. That is a stellar musical resume!
“You Got It Good” is the first single released from a new 6-track EP which is set to be released this fall. In support of the release she’ll playing a number of festivals as well as her own headline tour throughout 2019.
