Song of the Week | False Heads – Retina

Photo Credit: Luke Nugent Photography ? The WFMO X Music Savage Show “Song of the Week” spotlight is focused sharply on the killer new single, “Retina,” from East London trio False Heads. We have been following the British band for just about two years now and it has been fantastic to see the talented trio find their punk rock footing in a punk rock scene in serious need of a punk rock attitude adjustment. Song of the Week | Buffalo Tom – Roman Cars

The latest WFMO X Music Savage Show “Song of the Week” spotlight is on the incredible new single, “Roman Cars,” from Boston’s very own Buffalo Tom. This is the second time we have focused on the legendary local trio, and for good reason. Their ninth studio album, Quiet and Peace, is out Friday, March 2nd via Scrawny/Schoolkids Records, and as I have listened to it front and back quiet a few times now, I can honestly say that their first album in seven years was well worth the wait! Buffalo Tom are Bill Janovtiz (vocals/guitar), Chris Colbourn (vocals/bass), and Tom Maginnis (drums)…
