Check out the Official Video fro Local Natives’ Who Knows Who Cares from their outstanding album Gorilla Manor. This happened to be my favorite track off the album, and I’m really glad they made the video. Who wouldn’t want to be part of this road trip, and eventually part of this food fight.

They have such a great eclectic sound, that ranges from psychedelic to jazz to country to swing. Evidenced in track Tales that I tell, He’s My Brother She’s my Sister is one great sounding band. Leave a CommentYou Wouldn’t Have to Ask Bad Books is a side project featuring Kevin Devine and Andy Hull (of Manchester Orchestra.) Without any real concept or reasoning other than to write music together while away from MO, the two realized an entire album together. The self-titled debut was released October 19th, 2010 via Favorite Gentlemen Recordings, the record label that was founded and has been run by Manchester Orchestra since 2007. 1 CommentRoyal Blue Cold War Kids are releasing a new album January 25, 2011 called Mine Is Yours. The lead single off that upcoming album is Royal Blue. I really dig the bass line, and am still really enjoying Cold War Kids loose style, they seem to sound over the hump here, the sound is fun, and still incorporates their signature howling vocals. Can’t wait to hear more from this album.
