Press Play Our final month of the year has officially been closed. This has been a fantastic music year, and I’ve been having a lot of fun putting together these monthly mixes again. It’s great to chronicle a year based on what you’ve been listening to, and we’re so lucky these days to have enough new music each month to put together these. I hope you enjoy some new tunes over your holiday break, and please let me know what I might have missed this month.

It digs its way deep into your ears and will have you reaching for more. It’s a great funky, soulful indie-pop kind of sound that isn’t too far of a stretch for Belle & Sebastian at all. Look for “The Party Line,” to land on B&S’ new record, Girls In Peacetime Want to Dance will be released on January 20th, 2015 via Matador.
