New Music | French Camp – Blown Away

  [I] really love what is going on here with Brooklyn popsmiths French Camp and their eerily Orbison-like single “Blown Away.”  It’s got that classic mid-century pop styling, with a really modern contemporary take on it, that makes it feel as though Roy Orbison & Phoenix collaborated (or had a lovechild). It’s catchy, a burst of fresh air, a bit of west coast-y balladeering with that washed out soundscape and will have you jamming along with it in no time.
