[I]’ve been really enjoying this raw song from folk troubadour James the Giant, his first single from his self-titled EP where he opens up about the loss of his younger brother, Marine Lance Cpl. Julian T. Brennan who was killed in combat in Afghanistan in 2009. It’s a powerful theme that cuts right straight through, and removes the veil on the illusion of immortality. Look for his debut EP on July 23.
