Jukebox the Ghost’s Empire remixed by Freelance Whales

Empire (Freelance Whales Remix) Philadelphia’s piano based rock trio Jukebox the Ghost is prepping their new album Everything Under the Sun, due out September 7.  Their released single, Empire, has been remixed by Freelance Whales, and it’s a really interesting sound.  I’m really looking forward to sinking my teeth into their new album, but I guess this will just have to tide me over for now. Artist Watch: AB & the Sea

Bone Dry Good news from the California coast.  San Franciscan (by way of Wisconsin) band AB & the Sea writes wonderfully feel good pop songs.  After saying good bye to the midwest, they packed their van, headed for the west coast and made their way to San Francisco.  Busking downtown for rent money, they were discovered by a promoter, and they began opening for bands like Marcy’s Playground, The Morning Benders, The Fruit Bats, The Submarines, The Miniature Tigers, and even Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Jukebox the Ghost covers Donna Lewis’ I Love You Always Forever

Recently Jukebox the Ghost released a single for their upcoming album Everything Under the Sun, entitled Empire.  Its a great pop song that shows a huge promise for their upcoming album.
