This new track from Denver, CO’s romantic dream-pop duo South Of France is one that’s been jumping out at me lately. It has a deluge of reverb-soaked harmonies, huge bombastic chunky basslines, that’s filled out with drums, synths and some lovely “oooooooohs.” When the song hits it’s quiet denouement, a playful dreamlike state, it finally gives way to another wave of the vibrant harmonies that make the song what it is, a bold, brazen song that is visceral, and aesthetically paints a gorgeous picture of what could come next.
