New Jersey’s Real Estate are to release a new album, Days, on Tuesday October 18th, 2011. The band recorded the album in upstate NY over the winter. The first cut off the record is the buoyant and poppy “It’s Real.” A song I’ve been enjoying for a day or two now, its a timeless late 70’s vibe with some great melodic gang chorus’. You’ll be singing along in no time.
