Peter Wolf Crier – Settling It Off
Peter Wolf Crier’s second album, Garden of Arms, will be released on September 6 on Jagjaguwar. This album will follow up Inter-Be their 2010 debut. Today, they released their second single to p4k, “Settling It Off.” The bands influences on this album seem to be on the more experimental side, a bit darker, and a near dream-like state similar to their track “Right Away” that was released back in June. I look forward to hearing this album as a whole, and seeing how this direction takes the band. For me, at first listen, these two tracks have been a bit tougher to take in than those on Inter-Be, but as I’ve given them more time to breath I’ve enjoyed them more and more.
