The albums and EPs listed below are major highlights in a yet another incredible year of music. You will notice that this list of top albums goes to 11 this time ’round and honestly I am not going to beat myself up over it. I have always stuck to the tried-and-true “Top 10” list but 2018 made it very hard. Also, it has been widely reported, on sites with more clout than ours, that 2018 was the year of the female musician. While I 100% agree (as is probably evident in the list below) I would like to point out that we here at Music Savage believe that every year that music has existed has been the year of the female musician! It has also quite simply been a year of stellar musicians and bands that I for one would not now how to cope without in this @&^#$ing crazy a$$ @^#% storm of #^@%$#’d up nonsense we deal with on a regular basis. And for that I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for creating music that makes everything better! You have no idea how *important* all of you have been to me in 2018.
