\[L\]os Angeles folk rock band Dawes has finally released a new single off their upcoming record, *Stories Don’t End,* titled “From A Window Seat,” a song written on Goldsmith’s uneasiness flying in airplanes. It’s got a distinctive classic rock / pop feel, which seems very very influenced by their time touring with Jackson Browne. It’s a bit of a sonic shift, but definitely feels like a maturation process from one of the best young bands out there.

Look for Stories Don’t End April 9th.
