[S]tay, Don’t Say, is the newest single from Cole Furlow’s Dead Gaze project, off of upcoming record, Brain Holiday. The single walks the line between shoe-gaze and acoustic balladry, it’s textured, and vast, with sweeping melodies and even with this scale is beautifully “turned-down,” which gives the song the perfect sound for those quiet moments at home, or in the car, where words don’t exist, and we can just sit back and listen.
Brain Holiday, out October 22nd, was recorded at Sweet Tea studio in Oxford, Mississippi, and will release on Fatcat Records.
