\[A\]ly Spaltro, the creative and driving force behind Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, is releasing her debut album, *Ripely Pine*, next month, and is following up with another single “Bird Balloons,” a gritty, rock jam that spits out narrative lyrics with a totally unhinged style that seems to build and build and build to near explosion. It’s near tempestuous music, a almost schizophrenic feel that keeps the listener on their toes, and what can I say I love it.
