Noah & the Whale’s LIFEGOESON has been one of my favorite tracks of 2011 and I couldn’t be more excited about the upcoming album.  This live recording is hands down better than the recorded version.  It’s absolutely gorgeous, and this song is a complete gem.

I just loved the energy that Built to Spill and Modest Mouse brought to the MGM last week. Built to Spill had such poetic vibes, and Modest Mouse absolutely blew me away with their overdrive sound. Special shoutout to the lighting technician— I was mesmerized by the lights! Photos: Katya
