New Music | Le Sands

Pretenders Easy to Please Glowing Le Sands are a sun-soaked pop band from San Diego, CA consisting of singer Austin Taylor Tirado (who began the band alone in his bedroom in January of 2010), drummer Joel Plotnik, guitarist Andy Breihan and bassist John Fredericks. With dreamy electronic synths, and a new wave dancepop sound, it’s unavoidably fun; the real gem here is, Pretenders, a kind of dance pop drum beat, synthy, heaven-like song.  The music shows a lot of promise, and I look forward to hearing a full length from them in the future.
