There have been some real creative looking videos that I’ve been seeing lately, I love the effect of this one. The contrasty halftone effect is really fun to watch. I hate to single out Jack White on this one, but there is always something cool going on with the videos he is involved in. Either way, this song, and more importantly this album (Sea of Cowards) is great. A lot of fun to listen to, it just totally rocks.

I guess in similarity, they are most similar to a Drive By Truckers. But they are in no way just a clone. Coming from Detroit, you would certainly have expectations in their music; that being loud and wild rock like. But what you see is not necessarily what you get. Tom Petty’s newest album Mojo came out June 15th. As a Petty enthusiast I was really excited by everything I had heard. This song is full of ensemble sounds, from screaming harmonica, killer guitar solo, and some great piano sounds. Its a song full of bouncing fun bluesy rock goodness.
