Truthfully, I'm not sure a more poignant songwriting duo exists on our shared timeline.
Tivel's quiet yet heart-wrenching approach kept everyone on the edge of their seat waiting for the song's culmination so they can finally take a breath. All while Martin's eyes-wide-open song craft pulled no punches and knocked all those in attendance backwards with an intensity equal only to the weight of the words being echoed throughout the venue.
It's the opinion of this music fan that very few venues can replicate the experience of what happens at that cozy house in Manchester, however, if you have a chance to catch either or both of these currently-peaking artists anytime soon, you will most certainly not regret it.
