Hey music loving folks it’s that time of year when Boston joins forces with Reykjavik for the annual Taste of Iceland event which brings the culture, cuisine, and music of the country to our fair city every March. The Boston band released their Kickstarter funded album, Nordo, in the summer of 2012 and just recently finished their official showcases at the one and only SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX…and I am 100% sure they just made a boatload of new fans from that adventure. Air Traffic Controller – Blame [B]oston native and former US Navy air traffic controller Dave Munro makes a triumphant return to the music world with the much-anticipated second album from Air Traffic Controller, titled Nordo. Tonight | Air Traffic Controller CD Release

Air Traffic Controller – Blame Tonight at Brighton Music Hall, Boston based 6 piece, Air Traffic Controller, will release their new album Nordo.  The band is led by Dave Munro who spent time in the Navy as an actual Air Traffic Controller, and wrote the album to cope with homesickness and a long distance relationship.  At the time, Munro sent home 4 track demos and came home to fans that prompted the creation of the band. The band took to Kickstarter to fund the creation of Nordo, and received the support they needed to make a brilliant indie pop record.…
