We all love lists, and we all love sarcasm. Though, I think its important to reflect upon the last year of music, I’m going to do so through the use of a list. Country Mice – Morning Son Country Mice – Festival Country Mice just released a free download on Paste of a second single titled ‘Morning Son.’ The Kansan turned Brooklyn band will release their debut album ‘Twister’ June 7th. The country twanged slow churning track and if I’m reading it right, its about the leaving the writer’s leaving regret for leaving home. Its not glossy, but it is rootsy, a little bluesy, and all kinds of rockin (see ripping solo). This single is released on the anticipation of their debut album ‘Twister’ out June 7th.
