The great thing about being so late to releasing the August mixtape is that September is here, and the mixtape is ready to go. Leave a CommentFirst Aid Kit is sharing a new single called “You Are The Problem Here” in honor of International Women’s Day. It’s a foray into a very different style for them, and explicitly condemns sexual assault. It’s a really powerful track, where you can feel the palpable sense of despair for the times we live in. In a culture where punishments seemingly don’t fit the crime, the final line of the song rings truer than ever.
