# Video | The Middle East - Jesus Came to My Birthday Party

The Middle East may have hung up their collective instruments, but they still released a stellar album in *I Want That You Are Always Happy*. Its definitely going to be tops in some album lists this year. Their first single off the album is “Jesus Came To My Birthday Party,” a sunny, exuberant, guitar-driven pop gem. The band threw a competition to make the music video for the single. The contest drew entries from around the world (all of which can be viewed at genero.tv/themiddleeast).
