New Music | Phosphorescent - Song for Zula

[P]hosphorescent is back at it, brining a new full-length, Muchacho, a sonic shift kind of water that feels as though it was recorded under water.  There’s a certain, touching vibe to “Song for Zula,” that really hits you straight in the heart. It feels contemplative, heart-warming, and almost soul-crushing at the same time. It’s a fragile sounding track, the layered synths, and the weeping pedal steel along with the string assortments really create a truly earnest feel to one of the nicest sounding tracks we’ve heard this year.  Super excited to hear what else Matthew Houck has in store for us.

Muchacho will be released on March 19th, 2013 (18th in the UK).
